I would agree with all of the above comments and add that the grounds float up into the filter housing so that you have to do extensive cleaning EVERY TIME. It looks cool, but not worth the money at all. I should have gone with a Gaggia, recommended by...

Fun and easy to use. Mine has lasted over a year now, and no problems. I did strip the frothing wand, and had to get a replacement. I took it off to clean, every time I used it. most likely something I should have not done.
