Epson Powerlite Cinema 3020e Review

Wireless HDMI transmission ; Excellent contrast ; Good shadow detail ; Vivid color ; 2 pair RF 3D glasses included ; Dual-screen capable

Black levels could be better ; No lens shifting ; Long start-up time

Detailed analysis aside, living with the 3020e was an absolute pleasure. It’s exciting to know that this projector’s level of quality can be achieved for under $2,000. Add in all of its bells and whistles – especially the wireless signal transmission –...

Epson projector packs features, ok performance

The ; offers up decent amounts of shadow detail and black level for a budget-minded projector. It's easy to use and offers a lot of tweaking capabilities. 3D and 24P playback are miles ahead of what a TV at the same price can offer.

WirelessHD (3020e only) is an expensive upgrade and needs clear line of sight to work; colors are a little off compared to the cheaper BenQ W107; black levels come at the expense of a noisy iris motor.

The Epson PowerLite 3020 projector series offers up a decent deal with a sophisticated picture and a couple of unique features.

Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 3020e

As you might guess from its name, the Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 3020e is the second-generation version of the Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 3010e , which is still available at this writing. What you may not guess is that 3020e offers all the same...

Full 1080p 3D. Works directly with HDMI 1.4a devices like Blu-ray players and cable TV. WirelessHD transmitter with 5 inputs

No audio output on projector. WirelessHD takes relatively long time to establish connection

The Epson Home Cinema 3020e offers high-quality 2D and 3D, both as a home theater projector and as a home entertainment projector that can stand up to ambient light.

Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 3020e LCD Projector

The Highlights My Wish List Epson has always been a value leader with their front-projection models and the 3020e continues that tradition. This is the fourth generation I've reviewed and they just keep getting better and better. Making the wireless...

Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 3020e Review

Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 3020e 3D, HD LCD Front Projector Reviewed

Epson has been on a roll lately, offering consumers a lot of bang for their buck when it comes to projectors. But is the Epson 3020e a projector that keeps the roll going or bring it to a stop? Andrew Robinson reviews it to find out.

The Epson 3020e HD front projector at $1,899 represents a solid entry-level value that gives you more than enough bang for your buck, especially through authorized channels such as VisualApex, though it doesn't embarrass nor challenge the competition...

As a family room projector most owners will find the black levels to be acceptable, and the shadow detail to be rather excellent.  Black levels performance though, is not likely to inspire serious enthusiasts looking to put the HC3020 in a dedicated...

Incredible. Wireless HDMI Essential!

Super projector. I needed wireless HDMI. That's the main reason for buying this projector. My HDMI distance exceeds 13 feet. It would have taken more than 20 feet of cable up through the attic crawl space and down again to the projector. I am...
