I use this only for copying, scanning, fax, color printing, and for the memory slots. Works great if your careful and dont waste ink. Just replaced the black cartridge and I got it in 2/08

Document feeder is terrible - it misfeeds multiple pages, and any page with a crease will cause a paper jam. Also ink consumption is quite high and ink is expensive, re-inking requires a "chip-resetter" as the ink carts have a chip that prevent...

Very nice copier, fax and printer. It works great right out of the box! Easy to use. The price of the printer is cheap for the features. It does have built in memory card reader. The fax machine works great, we can fax multiple papers easily

Now we know why the printer is cheap, it uses a lot of ink! The ink cartridges are expensive, $29 for the B&W and $36 each for the color cartridges! We have spent over $100 already to replace the cartridges and we only own the printer for 6 months

Have to agree with majority.This thing is a vampire when it comes to ink.A little noisy during operation and specially during printing.Can't comment on fax because,I am using Voip,and the modem won't work on digital line

Drinks ink like no tomorrow. Annoying pop ups reminding you to buy ink. Noisiest printer I've ever owned. If you replace an ink cartridge with a new "full" one, it has to recharge the inks and then your new cartridge ends up being only about half full....

I have been very satisfied with the Epson scanner that I own and the other 3 Epson printers I own. But this one is nothing but trouble. Beware. Printer (right out of the box) would not recognize the black cartridge. Bought another cartridge, still...

Stupid me, bought two of these. Both of them had the same symptoms of not recognizing the manufacturer's cartridges. The first one would not recognize the black cart. So I thought it was a lemon. I RMA'd it, ordered another one. Then the second one...
