Dont plan on upgrading

 

Seems to work fine for normal everyday computing. No problems that I have been aware of yet with performance ; I rated this 3 star due to the missing power supply, and motherboard connectors(read 'cons' section)

Don't plan on installing a powerful graphics card ; This computer does NOT have a normal desktop computer power supply. Nor does the motherboard support plugging in a normal power supply to it. It has some weird laptop type power cord ; My son bought...

DOA, terrible Customer Service

 

Lenovo usually makes quality parts, but their customer support is terribly outrageous.

DOA, worst Support ever. Took them a week just to get in contact with me. Only replaced the Hard Drive, but The Motherboard was also damaged, now I'm going on week 3 and it still isn't fixed

Great for the cost, but beware!

 

Nothing in the writeup of this system explains the non-standard power supply.

Good system, decent CPU, plenty of memory and a good graphics processor for basic office system ; Very quiet system because there aren't any high-flow power supply fans... see Cons

Business Computers

 

I bought and downgraded 10 of these computers for Jackson Hewitt Tax business and they love the speed compared to their old XP systems. I downgraded it to Windows 7 Pro 64-bit and it runs flawless. Fast computers for the price, good for business....

500GB HD

 

Seems ok, wasn't as advertised

This machine on the website showed a 1TB HD, but when I got the computer it only had a 500GB HD. I will be contacting new egg about this, so buyer be ware

Lower HD than expected

 

All other aspects seem to comply with what the add stated, except the HD size. I changed my rating of the machine based on what the specs stated and what the initial description actually states.

Ok, the add states 1TB HD capacity. So, I really didn't pay much attention to the specifications (my fault), I expected the capacity to be 1TB. The specs stated 500 GB HD; buyers be sure to read the specs completely. Otherwise you might be miss led
