Have a long electric cable to reach long way. Clean very gently from every curbs.

You have to push several times to get started the steam.

I wish I had discovered it sooner!!... oh... and you get a bit hot from the steam.

It leaves streaky marks on laminate flooring. I need an extention cable otherwise you have to walk over the floor just washed in order to get the plug out. I find it just as quick to wash the floor with mop and bucket.

I bought this product because it stated you could use tap water, but inside the instructions suggest not using tap water if you are in a hard water area

cable clip is exposed and was knocked off on first use.

Need to make sure when you push the handle is fairly low down to get best results.
